The experience at Vertu Ford West Bromwich was good because they had the time and patience to show you the cars that you wanted to see when we went. It was a bank holiday on Monday and raining. The gentleman came out carrying an umbrella for us so that we could look around the cars, which I thought was very thoughtful. The cars we looked at was absolutely great 10 out of 10.

I had a great experience at Vertu Ford West Bromwich because a member of staff took time to show me several vehicles I was interested in, & there was no pressure selling. Vertu Ford West Bromwich staff were good because the team were excellent. The salesperson we dealt with was Mark Wheeler, we can’t sing his praises enough, he was great as was Ian.
