Vertu Ford West Bromwich were fantastic because they listened to what I wanted and made it happen. They answered all my questions and, as I live quite a way away, they worked to make sure I could drive it away the same day that I had the test drive. They also kept my brother and I comfortable in the resulting (and forewarned) wait, while the paperwork, insurance and tax was sorted.

My experience at Vertu Ford West Bromwich was cracking because they made the whole process very easy. The car I wanted wasn’t in the local garage so was transported down to my local. I then test drove it and was driving away with my new car in less then 90mins. The sales man and manager were very friendly and explained everything to me.
